About Us

You'll find us in the Cairns Highlands, North Queensland, alongside the magnificent Barron Falls. We are surrounded by World Heritage Wet Tropics, ancient rainforest and abundant and diverse wildlife. It's hilly, very green and it rains a lot. In fact we think it is just like the west coast highlands of Scotland - with the heating turned up full.

GST

If your delivery address is within Australia, then the price will include the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). If your delivery address is outside Australia, then your purchase is not subject to GST.

Payments

Payments can be made using direct bank transfer or Paypal. Please note that orders will not begin processing until payment has been received.

Credit Card

Checkout safely online using either Mastercard or Visa.

PayPal

If you do not want to share your credit card information you can use the PayPal service to pay for your purchases.

Shipping

Shipping to Australian addresses - $15 Flat Rate Shipping

All parcels are sent via Courier and a signature is required for delivery. Our courier can deliver to anywhere in Australia, including PO Boxes.

Please ensure that somebody is available to sign at the specified address - we cannot leave packages without a signature.

For this reason, we strongly suggest that you provide a work address - in which case please include the business name. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature, they will leave a calling card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel. This may be to collect from your local post office or to arrange redelivery. At our discretion, we may charge you a $10 processing/redelivery fee if the parcel is redelivered or returned to us uncollected.

Once your parcel has shipped we will email you a tracking number - all parcels can be tracked online here http://www.aae.com.au/

PLEASE NOTE: Generally orders for small, lightweight items will be sent via Express Post and can be tracked online here http://www.auspost.com.au/track/

Any FREE SHIPPING offers are only valid for Australian orders.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

These Terms & Condition shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Queensland.

We do NOT store your credit card details on our servers at any stage of the transaction. Once the credit card details have been sent to our financial institution, they are no longer known to the system.
